Detailed description is Campsite, opposite a beach, near a small village with 5 pubs. Strand camping is a small campsite dedicated to camping, caravans and motorhomes, we do not have any static/park homes on site. We are apposite a beach with a fantastic surfing beach nearby at the famous Trump International Golf Course. We also have a very family friendly beach nearby which has again retained its' Blue Flag status. The village which is within easy walking distance has 5 excellent pubs, 3 restaurants, a couple of take-aways and convenience stores plus other shops in addition to the Doctors Surgery. There is a Children's playground again within easy walking distance is the kids get bored of the beach. Close to the ferry from Kerry and the attractions going upwards following the Wild Atlantic Way. All Pitches have electric, the showers are included in the per person price of 9 euros.
