Detailed description is We are a family farm that believes in raising healthy and happy cattle in order to provide our customers flavorful, high quality, all natural freezer beef.
How It Works--.
All of our cattle are corn and grass fed Angus beef cattle.
They are also drug and growth hormone FREE, which is a huge difference from most other meats.
We sell quarters (1/4), halves (1/2), and whole beefs, all of which are USDA inspected at Winner’s in Osgood, OH.

On average, a quarter will weigh around 175-200lbs.

There is also a processing fee that the butcher shop will charge you, which is usually AROUND $130 per quarter or $260 per half (this can vary a little depending on the size of the animal).

Within the next couple of days, you will need to call Winners (the butcher) 419-582-4321 and give them your meat cutting instructions.
(If you don’t know what you want, or if you have never done it before, they will politely walk you through it).
Once your meat is processed and ready to be picked up, (they let it hang for 7-10 days), they will give you a call.
When you pick up the meat from Winners, you will pay them directly for the processing portion..
