Fundada em 1988, a Supremo Carnes pertence ao grupo Supremo, que engloba cinco empresas: Supremo Carnes, Frigorífico Santa Vitória, Maxi Beef, Nutribelo e uma planta de abate em Abaeté.. . Nossa história começa com o açougue São Sebastião, o primeiro açougue dos sócios Sandro e Luís Carlos.. . Em 1990, apenas dois anos depois, os dois sócios inauguraram a Supremo Alimentos, em Ibirité- MG, já com a habilitação de inspeção federal (S.I.F.). Os anos seguintes foram de constante crescimento e evolução.. . Em 1999, a Supremo tornou-se uma das pioneiras no estado de Minas Gerais a produzir e comercializar carnes embaladas a vácuo.. . Para melhor atender a toda região metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, a Supremo inaugurou, em 2006, o Frigorífico Santa Vitória, em Contagem-MG, ponto logístico estratégico.. . Devido ao sucesso da empresa, em 2008, o grupo chegou à Carlos Chagas-MG, uma das regiões com maior produção de gado bovino do país. Assim, foi criada a Maxi Beef, empresa com equipamentos de ponta, excelência em logística e abate de gado bovino.. . Dessa forma, a capacidade de produção da Supremo Alimentos triplicou, saindo da esfera de Minas Gerais para atender a todos os estados do país.. . Em 2012, o grupo associa-se à Nutribelo. Uma unidade de reciclagem orgânica que aproveita subprodutos do processamento de bovinos.. . Em 2015, a Supremo Alimentos inicia uma nova fase. Recebe sua certificação para exportação e passa a se chamar Supremo Carnes.. . 2016 já começou muito bem, com a aquisição de uma nova planta, em Abaeté-MG, que irá aumentar em 20% a capacidade de abate.. . Hoje, o grupo Supremo conta com 1.400 colaboradores diretos e produz, aproximadamente, 100 toneladas de carne por dia.. . Somos o grupo que mais abate bovinos em Minas Gerais.
