Viki completed teacher training with Vina Shah and Giles Hooper, Directors of Svastha Yoga Ayurveda Centre in Sydney and continues to study with them. She has also studied with founders A.G. Mohan and Indra Mohan in both India and Australia. . . Viki Murray has offered the following Svastha classes and workshops in Lightning Ridge and the surrounding region since 2003. . . Group yoga programs—effectively practice asana (postures) or movements with proper breathing which promote structural, functional and psychological well-being. Sequences progress with balance and, depending on the purpose of the group, practice may include seated breathing and meditation.
