We provide a fun and exciting way to achieve your fitness goals, no matter who you are and how you are….. . Anyone? Yes!. Any age? Yes!. Any fitness level? Yes!. . When/ where do we train? . . Starting 15th September 2014 @ Princes Park, Carlton. Every Monday & Wednesday 6-7.30pm. (In case of bad weather (unsafe for running), session will be rescheduled. You will be notified prior the session) . . RTT provide members a coaching program which includes customised running program to suit each individual’s goal, target event and fitness level. The coach will conduct fitness assessment with all members to understand their fitness level and running experience. Customized running program will then be developed based on the information given.. . During the training the coach will:. - provide advice for pre run warm up/ stretching; running technique, . - occasional group fitness session. - provide advice for post run stretching. . Running result to be filled in by members and return to Coach at end of fortnight for assessment and adjustment. Coach will email a new program to members for the next fortnight sessions.. . On-site facilities:. - area for securing personal belongings. - Water for hydration. - Mats for stretching. . Casual ($10 per session). Membership ($25 per fortnight including coaching program).
