The Casteel Memorial Park will consist of two levels: an upper level and a lower level. . The upper level of The Casteel Memorial Park will contain a memorial garden to honor the lives of Lori, Collin and Angelina. The garden will be surrounded by personalized memorial bricks donated by supporters of the park. This will provide a private sanctuary for anyone who may wish to honor their memory. A basketball court and parking will also be located on the upper level of the park. There will be a fenced overlook that allows you to observe the lower level on a different view. . A walk way will lead to the lower level of the park. There you will find a pavilion with picnic tables. This will facilitate private picnics and small gatherings.
