The Country Church--what kind of church is that you may ask.? When we decided to start a church, we had a vision of a different type of church. Wait--what?? Let me explain. Many churches today put too much emphasis on 'religion / denomination', what to wear, how to pray, etc. instead of on the real reason to exist: spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His salvation to a lost and dying world. So what if you don't have a suit and tie or fancy garb to wear. Or if you pray in your own words to God, not from some scripted page from a textbook. We welcome all people regardless of race, community 'status', apparel, age, financial situations, etc. How can one learn and be taught the true meaning of the love of Jesus Christ, the way to salvation, and living in a Christ-like manner if they are turned away at the door? Our desire is to see people saved and living a Heaven-bound life; to be 'fishers of men'. Like the saying goes, 'Catch them and let God clean them.' We are non-denominational and by the way, we are also out in the country; just off Old Route 66 between Cuba and Leasburg. Please accept our invitation to attend one of our services. Sundays 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., and Wednesdays 7 p.m.
