We are a boutique style Pilates studio situated in the bustling town of Midleton. We teach STOTT Pilates for beginners, level 2, level 3 & level 4 (intermediate) on the mat, & prenatal (pregnancy) Pilates on the ball. We teach Reformer Pilates in small groups of up to 4 clients, on the STOTT Pilates SPX Reformers. We hold a once weekly ballet barre class in the studio which is a 50/50 mix of cardio & intermediate toning.
