Detailed description is Spreading the word of Russell Hoban . SA4QE is an annual activity in which fans of the author Russell Hoban celebrate his birthday each 4 February worldwide by leaving their favourite quotes from his books in public places, and sharing them online. It's been going since 2002, and all quotes contributed direct to the site or found online have been captured there each year, so it's become a giant resource for Hoban quotes. Latterly it's also been updated with Russell Hoban news and event reports, including most recently a transcript of an interview/conversation between Hoban and Will Self at the British Library about Riddley Walker.
