For the past decade I owned Café Olde World in Mediapolis.
Many times I would need to remember "breathe deeply" but never took time to build my Yoga practice.
In owning the café it gave me an even deeper sense of how stress affects our lives.
One of my favorite things about Yoga is that is can be done at any age.
Upon deciding to put the café on the market, I also decided it was time to pursue my ultimate dream....to be able to share the practice of Yoga with my community.
In January of 2014 I found Serenity Yoga Studio in Iowa City.
Marcie Evans, the teacher at Serenity, was everything and more I was looking for to guide and teach me.
