Using a comprehensive three-point approach, The Thrive Arts Residency is designed to provide an infusion of the arts and creative culture into the rebounding Arkansas Delta city of Helena in hopes of boosting community pride and spurring economic development. . . I. BODY OF WORK. Thrive Artists in Residence will have the opportunity to build their portfolios while being surrounded by all of the natural beauty and rich culture the Delta has to offer.
