Die Firma erhält die Rechtsform einer Aktiengesellschaft. Die Toni Müller AG wird in die Holding der Möbel Pfister AG integriert, behält aber jederzeit seine Eigenständigkeit. . . 1998 übernimmt Karl Bachmann aus der Möbel Pfister Holding das Geschäft und führt es während 10 Jahren erfolgreich. . . Im Mai 2009 übernehmen die langjährigen Mitarbeiterinnen Isabella Giger und Ursula Mauthe die operative Führung der Toni Müller AG.
