Through the creation of a vibrant multi-disciplinary environment Innovation Academy seeks to transform some of our brightest scholars and professionals into energetic and resourceful entrepreneurial thinkers. Our programmes are taught through activity-based learning experiences using the best practices being developed, both in-house and internationally, to create innovative and exciting educational experiences.. . Innovation Academy is the educational centrepiece of the Innovation Alliance, launched in 2009 with the aim of developing a world-class ecosystem for innovation. The collaboration sees UCD, TCD and QUB delivering a Joint Graduate Certificate for PhD students from the three institutions, and includes individual teams who design and deliver entrepreneurial education within their own institute.. . The UCD team also provides a UCD Graduate Certificate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Enterprise and staff development, alongside the successful Springboard programme and, launching in June 2013, a pilot ERASMUS Intensive programme for undergrads.. .
