After the trial 31 accused persons were convicted out of which 13 got life imprisonment in March 2017. . He is appearing pro bono for ‘Association for the Victim of Uphaar Tragedy’ in Uphaar Fire Tragedy in which 59 people died in 1997. He is also appearing pro bono in the Supreme Court of India for the Victims in the in case of ‘Meerut Fire Tragedy’ in which 64 people died. .
