God planted the vision for VBM in Directors Alejandro & Diana Aburto in their desire to develop Ourtreach Programs such as Victory Soccer League, The Vine Library, Sewing, Crafting & Computer workshops in Piedras Negras to reach at risk youth & children as well as their families.
