The West Side Community Hub, Inc. provides educational and learning experiences for children and families to enhance their quality of life through partnerships with the Helena-West Helena School District other community organizations and businesses.. . The Hub will serve as an intergenerational facility – where children and adults will participate in a variety of learning experiences—independently and together. It will empower both groups to “Dream Big’ to gain knowledge and skills to become better citizens of the community and world. Adults, in this community, do not have decent places to gather, exchange ideas, support the community and interact with our future—the children. Thus, the Hub will become a “Village” where adults can gather, to learn, and share their expertise to teach and mentor future generations!. . The West Side Community Hub, Inc. has a highly engaged Board of Directors which consists primarily of retired and current educators, ministers, business leaders and interested citizens who meet at least once a month in the fellowship hall of the Pettis Memorial C.
