Yoga for Life is not a community of positives, but a community of advocates. We don’t require you to disclose your HIV status. Truth be told, the many who have attended Yoga for Life sessions so far have been a whole spectrum of people in terms of gender, age, and most especially, HIV status. We’re out to prove that anyone can be an HIV advocate.. . YOUR LEVEL OF FITNESS. We have beginners almost every session, so we make sure that the program would be adaptable to all fitness levels. You don’t even need to bring a yoga mat of your own since we have mats that you could use - although we highly encourage it. . . All you really need are a towel to wipe your sweat, some water for hydration, a fresh change of clothes, an open mind, and your energy to share. Join us. . . DONATIONS ARE WELCOME. While we do ask for donations at every class to help pay the rent of the spaces we use, no payment is required. We are out to serve as best as we can, so we believe that money should not be the reason to stop you from experiencing the benefits of yoga.
