Based on Hatha Yoga a combination of Yoga & Pilates to balance the body with meditations/relaxation to calm the mind and body Karen has been teaching yoga for about 13 years, classes are based on yoga and pilates including relaxation / meditation to calm the body and mind.. Karen focuses on core strength, balance and flexibility, the calming of mind and body - catering for all ages, fitness levels and flexibility - Options are given to the poses so you can work at your own level and ability.. $16 per casual or 5 classes for $70 - All classes are 1 hour . Call Karen to book 0403 789 617. Classes are held at Stanwell Park Surf Club. Limited classes in School Holidays . Class times are - Tues 9am & Tues 7pm / Thurs 7pm / Sat 8am / Sun 4.30pm.
