Yeni hizmet dönemimizde sosyal belediyeciliği ve katılımcılık ilkelerini benimsemiş, çözüm üreten bir anlayışla yurttaşlarımızın aktif katılımının sağlandığı, bireysel farklılıklara ve emeğe saygılı, eşitlikçi, şeffaf ve iletişime açık, öngörülü bir belediyeciliği hedeflemekteyiz.
