Detailed description is সিলেটের একমাত্র পাবলিক সিনেমা হল। Nandita is the only public cinema hall in Sylhet City as the rest one hall of the city is owned by BGB. It started it's operation in October, 1981. Nondita is proud for entertaining the city people for several decades with good quality bengali film.. . The hall has been digitized in 2013 & now digital projector & sound system are being used instead of old 35mm projector. It is now planning to take several projects to improve the environment of hall in order to attract the people who once used to go cinema hall but lost interest later.. .
