Detailed description is 「香港製造」的咖啡店，有著不同的主題咖啡館，每間分館除了咖啡和食物，還有文化，還有人情。 牧羊少年的理念，是為了讓一些我們認同的價值觀，更為廣泛地流傳，希望這些價值觀能夠正面影響每一位同事、客人、旅者、遊客和表演者等等每一個生命。. . 牧羊少年從 2012 年底創立以來，一直大力推動文化產業。最初集中推廣旅遊文化和生活態度，舉辦過五十場以上的分享會，讓旅行者有一個分享他們經歷和想法的平台，讓大家有一個交流旅遊經歷的小角落。. . 本店逐漸開始推廣更多能豐富生活的文化，當中最重要為音樂、文字和藝術等等。於是五夜音樂會、以文匯友文創比賽、森羅萬象藝術展亦因此而誕生，使客人能在旅遊以外的時間享受生命，體驗更多。. . 後來，由於旅遊主題令本店團隊更加意識到普世價值的重要性，因此本店便開始推廣環保、保育、社福和年青人教育等等文化和意識，希望為社會和世界獻一分力。. . 我們希望終有一天成為「香港製造」的咖啡店知名品牌，有不同的主題咖啡館，每間分館除了賣咖啡食物，還有文化，還有人情。. .
