2 former Aerospace execs get 16 years for graft

Two former officials of the Philippine Aerospace Development Corp. were sentenced to up to 16 years in prison over the anomalous release of a PADC aircraft spare part to a private retailer in 2008, which in turn sold the part to the Philippine Navy.
