A prolonged, severe algae bloom is causing 'musty' tap water for Regina, Moose Jaw consumers

The water smells and tastes off because of a bloom of cyanobacteria at Buffalo Pound Lake, located 30 kilometres north of Moose Jaw, which is where the tap water comes from.
