? Maintain a frequent two-week cadence of communication with clients
? Host monthly tech status meetings for clients
? Run with new client training and onboarding, with assistance from the Product Lead
? Track the client adoption of Hootsuite on a monthly basis
? Attend and contribute to weekly internal Customer Success meetings
? Maintain and optimize admin documents such as; client audit sheets,FAQs and Product Update Newsletters
? Assist marketing with content such as social media and blog posts
? Actively work with the Product Lead to renew and grow existing accounts
? Handle and resolve client support queries
? Keep client admin accounts updated on Pipedrive
