To rest. Farming in the metropolis. And Serena Williams with her title. Athens tries to reassure its creditors that it can be trusted to implement the bail out deal. The greek Prime Minister has won over its parliament for the reform but the european financial ministers are doubtful that it can follow you. Some believe that greece will need more than 54 billion euros in bail out money that greece received in 2010 and 2012, and would add to its debt 320 billion euros. First, lets get this report from Simon Mcgregor wood. Financial ministers arrived in brussels to pass judgment on greeces proposal. I think were here to make a lot more progress. It has the backing of the Greek Parliament but with those voting against it there are concerns about the greek commitment. Can the greeks do what theyre promising. To implement over the weeks months and years. In athens there have been no rallies or demonstrations. Just nervous expectation. In the once bustling ship yards miles away, theyre waiting for good news. Thousands have within laid off. They have everything here. But no ships to work on. The European Union is trying toe strangle us. Maybe theyre right because we owe them money, but greece is not the place to conduct experiments. There is no love lost here for the e. U. Thisthey were accused of money lost by the e. U. And now one of the best and biggest in the world port now lays empty. If youre a ship owner go to malta or even turkey for repairs repairs. Nearby suppliers and contractors, its the same story. This business is working at 20 capacity. At a small private yard a damage damaged cruise ship is provided lastminute work for 100 skilled workers replacing this bow section, seven days of frantic work. Every dayevery you hear a lot of bad things. Alexis tsipras can only wait back at athens and worry about growing opposition in his own party. Politics could still torpedo this deal. Well, lets head straight to jackie rowlands. She has been following the talks to brussels. Whats come out of the meeting so far . Well, Nothing Official has come out but there are reports circulating that the eurozone greeces partners within the eurozone are so far not satisfied with the reform proposals that the greeks have tabled that they want to see more far reaching reforms deeper reforms. They have broken for dinner now but afterwards theyll be going back to the negotiating table. And theyre expecting talks could go on into the night which is really a reflection of how difficult it is. Another important side that the germany finance minister shows that they had drawn up a paper proposing a few scenarios. This is not a paper which is forming past of the former negotiations. It is not something being discussioned formerly around the table here by the 19 finance ministers but one of the options that suggest the way ahead is what is described as a temporary exit whereby greek could possibly leave the eurozone for five years. Sort out its problems and come back in again. Whether or not his counterparts would see that as viable is another question. There might be some here who think the idea of some sort of a temporary arrangement sounds like a bit of a fudge. Jackie roland watching that meeting for us as the eurozone finance ministers break up for dinner. Youre hearing that the government of Alexis Tsipras will implement the reform and do what its promised to do. What is the sense tonight . We took a stroll just a few minutes back, and we spoke to some of the people there. The prevailing mood is really one of nervousness. A lot of anxiety of what is going to be the final outcome of the eurozone finance minister meeting. Now some of the folks we talked to said they just want this over with. They want to know if greece is going to go back to the drachma. If they are greece is going to stay with the euro. One young lady we spoke with said that shes worried for the future. She feels if she were to have children, she doesnt want her kids to have to pay for debts that those kids shouldnt pay for. Then we spoke to a group of young men who were frustrateed with Prime Minister tsipras saying that there is this referendum, now were back to talking about the same things that the majority of greek voters voted against. People are on pins and needles. While there is a cautious optimism that hopefully theyll be able to pull through there is concern about whats going to happen, and really right now most of the folks we talked to said they wont this torturous affair over with so they can start planning their future. Thank you. Moving to our other top story this hour thousands of people have gathered in bosnia to remember more than 8,000 muslim men and boys killed by bosnian serb forces 20 years ago. They were murdered in the town of srebrenica, under the United Nations protection at the time over the course of a few days in 1995. Two National Courts have defined the act as genocide, but two decades later there is still debate over that description. Well, the 20th anniversary of the killings in srebrenica were always going to be a major event, refocusing peoples attention on the thousands of men and boys who were murdered in just a few days in july of 1959. But1995. But added to that is the United NationsSecurity Council resolution which would have declared srebrenica as a genocide but in the end that resolution was vetoed by russia. There are other countries that deny that the genocide happened, inclusion serbia. That was one of the reasons why not everything went to plan on saturday. Prayers as attention fell on the cemetery in srebrenica. 136 more people were being laid to rest 20 years after they were killed. In many cases just partial remains were found. Nora came to bury her brother who was 33. She said it was a painful day for her. I feel better because i know where to come. I wish this would never have happened though. At least that i would have the entire body. He only have three bones. But at least now i can come and visit my brother. Among the political figures invited on saturday, former u. S. President bill clinton in power at the time of the killings. Im begging you not to let this monument to innocent boys and men become only a memory of a tragedy. And the current serbia Prime Minister aleksandar vucic. He was later turned on by a small section of the crowd. Theyre angry that he consistency denies that a genocide took place. It is an insult to the victims. Beyond the anger there is renewed grief as this cemetery fills up. The 20th anniversary has brought with you visits and speeches from leaders from around the world. But year in and year out what the events here really mean for the families of the victims is a chance to remember their loved ones. There is an estimated 1200 victims whose remains have still not been identified. Theyre likely to be digging fresh graves here for years to come. Of course, every single year more bodies are buried here. Sometimes theyre just partial remains. But they are a chance for the families of the victims to actually have a place to come and remember their loved ones. And across the country with an estimated 1200 srebrenica victims still to be identified its probably that such burials will be continuing for many years to come. Much more to still to come for you on al jazeera. Could burundi see nor more scenes like this from back in may warning that more violence may be ahead. Are they confident that a deal will be reached . Im not sure if you can hear me but ill try asking you that question one more time. We have the eurozone finance ministers meeting under way in brussels. Now a new greek plan has been put forward, are you confident that a deal can be reached . Well, yes i think a deal will be reached. Certainly not today. Maybe nor within the next few days. Its going to take some time. It looks like trust has been broken in so far as theyre concerned about the ability of the greek government to deliver reforms. So it is going to be a rough ride. Theyre going to ask for a lot more reforms. I was just going to ask you that. Is the greek government going to have to offer up deeper reforms to access the third bail out . Well, im not what kind of additional reforms they can possibly offer. Theyre offered everything under the sun. But theyre expecting more blood and tears thats for sure. Would they consider the existing proposals within the reports of the sale of Property Assets to help pay off debts as well. Those are the sort of things that the greek government would be open to . Im not sure what the greek government can offer at this point to convince the creditors of its willingness to undertake this reforms. Perhaps they wont be released for a number of years to the german minister of finance. Its a very, very peck situation. First of all because this proposal was put together not merely by the Greek Ministry of finance, but by an entire team of technocrats. Most of them with tremendous experience about putting together bailout programs. People from the imf, from the european commission, and from the French Ministry of finance were involved. Im sure that these people have done the best that they possibly can do. What is in the proposal that the problem you have right now is that there is a lack of trust on the part of brussels because the greek government yes yes. The referendum advising the greeks to vote against proposals which were then on the table only to propose something similar later. You can under their settism. What steps can alexis t sipiras take to insure the proposals that are on the table now . I think they can expect to see first of all the cabinet re reshuffle. Its quite considerable that Prime Minister tsipras will get rid of those members of the government who did not support the agreement in the parliament the other day. That could be a sign that hes willing to implement the reforms. They will also wait for the Greek Parliament to approve whatever additional measures the greek government is going to take. But as you said there is a question of lack of trust here. Thats what it comes down to. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us from athens. Its part of a dispute following a deadline last month for hundreds of thousands to register residency in the Dominican Republic. It denies deporting anyone. Adam raney reports. A camp is growing in this dry dry, desolate landscape. Were in haiti just a few minutes from the dominican border. Most people were living on the other side until recently. Working, raising families. Many now feel theyre in a foreign land, one they know little about where live is hard. For two months this has been home for joanis and his wife. The dominican government said that its not deporting people. Joanis said thats not true. I was born in the Dominican Republic. I was coming home from work when the immigration authorities grabbed me and deported me to haiti. My children are still on the other side. Its been two months since i last saw them. The couple lived in barona. A threehour drive from here. Every day in barona theyre deporting a lot of people. Every day they send them to the border. There are signs of expansion everywhere. People are staking out whatever land they can. A pastor who has lived in this area for years showed me around the camp pointing out all the new arrivals. In the first few days i made a list of the deportee who is had arrived. Every day the number has grown. Finally i stopped counting. A human contradiction to the dominican government stance. When told what we found an Dominican Republic immigration official said that not a Single Person has been deported. This man said that he lived for 15 years. One of hundreds of thousands of Migrant Workers whose labor helped to power an economic boom. This is an injust from the dominican. The people have come here and say its a struggle just to meet their basic needs. There is no food or water here. The closest river is a half hour walk away. And the haitian government has only been here once to deliver food. When we left we lent joanis our phone to try to call his kids. He tells a friend caring for his children. Im alive. Im alive.
