AMD's upcoming Radeon RX 6950 XT purportedly hammers Nvidia's RTX 3090 Ti in DirectX 12

AMD is working on next-genb RDNA 3-based RX 7000 series GPUs. In the meanwhile though, the company will launch a few RDNA 2 refresh GPUs and the flagship RX 6950 XT apparently beats the RTX 3090 Ti.
