TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - Christmas might be over, but if youâre looking for a new furry friend- look no further than the Pima Animal Care Center.
PACCâs âName Your Own Priceâ program allows future pet-owners to name their own price for adoption fees on pets four months or older.
However, there is a $20 licensing fee per adopted dog that cannot be waived.
