Amendments to law needed for Cardiothoracic Surgery programme, says Fahmi

PUTRAJAYA: Amendments to the law are needed on the matter of recognising the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS Ed) Cardiothoracic Surgery programme, Fahmi Fadzil said.
