Apple has won a Major Patent relating to the future use of Optical Audio Transmission in AirPods Pro & MR Headsets

On December 30, Patently Apple posted a report titled "Apple's Acoustics VP hints that future AirPods Pro may use a Proprietary Technology so as to deliver a superior Spatial Audio Experience." Today, the U.S. Patent Office published a granted patent that may reveal Apple's next-gen audio solution.
