Arriola: 'We prepared for trial', judge dismisses case against Joey Terlaje

The case brought against Joey Terlaje, a former Department of Corrections deputy director, was dismissed Wednesday by Judge Alberto E. Tolentino, according to Terlaje’s attorney Joaquin “Jay” Arriola.
