Register by April 20 to receive an official 5K T-shirt and medal in the Association for Individual Development's first virtual Run, Walk & Roll 5K.

Registration is now open for the Association for Individual Development's first virtual "Run, Walk & Roll 5K."
Beginning on Monday, May 10, participants will have two weeks to complete a virtual run, walk or roll and submit finish times.
 
All participants who register by Tuesday, April 20, will receive an official AID 5K T-shirt and medal and individuals who fundraise $100 or more will also receive a limited-edition graphic T-shirt.
