AWS completes case study on BNET's smooth cloud adoption

Amazon Web Services, a global provider of cloud services, said it has completed a case study on the successful cloud adoption of Bahrain’s National Broadband Network (BNET).
 
The AWS case study follows BNET’s journey as it prepared to separate its digital and data infrastructure from its parent company Batelco by migrating business-critical and historical data into new applications within a new information technology environment. 
 
The broadband network responsible for design, construction and operation of Bahrain’s fibre infrastructure, BNET was launched in 2019 and played a crucial part in the implementation of the fourth National Telecommunication Plan (NTP4).
