B.C. NDP electoral officer recommends disqualifying Anjali Appadurai from leadership race

The B.C. NDP executive votes Wednesday night on whether to accept Elizabeth Cull's recommendation. Her report says Appadurai didn't follow the party's rules for signing up members.
