BDA's layout promise falls short, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar calls for action

The Deputy Chief Minister noted that neither the site allottees nor the farmers who gave up their land have benefited from the ongoing development of the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout. Interestingly, he did not hold the BDA officials and engineers accountable for the issues with the layout.
