Benefit concert planned for Summit County deputy receiving medical treatment

Deputy Taesha Higbee was admitted to the hospital and underwent surgery to remove part of the tumor on Nov. 14, just four days after her diagnosis. She is currently undergoing further medical treatment and has a long, unknown recovery ahead.
