Bersatu relying on Umno's support in GE15, says Nur Jazlan

The Johor Umno deputy liaison chief said that Umno should take a different path under a Barisan Nasional ticket as any form of cooperation with Bersatu would be disadvantageous to the party.
"How can Bersatu candidates win when they have lost the large Pakatan Harapan base support from the last general election?
"Now they will be dependent on Umno's votes in the upcoming general election," he said on Tuesday (Feb 23).
Last Friday, Umno supreme council leaders gathered at Janda Baik, Pahang for a retreat to discuss several issues including cooperation with Bersatu and whether the party would contest as part of Perikatan Nasional in GE15.
