A new social housing building in Melbourneâs Dandenong emanates a civic presence as well as providing living space that is robust and low-maintenance.
Commissioned by Housing Choices Australia (HCA), the apartments replaced a smaller 1950s walk-up arrangement.
The buildingâs overscaled apertures in the shape of a set of goggles frame distant views over suburbia.
