Breezy Point: Council agrees to replace playground

In its regular meeting Monday, March 1, the Breezy Point City Council agreed to replace the existing playground equipment at the City Hall Park.
The city budgeted funds in 2020 and 2021 to either replace the equipment or expand the city’s disc golf course, but the Park and Recreation Committee recently voted unanimously to recommend replacing the playground equipment as much of it is more than 20 years old, receives a lot of use and is very visible to the public.
