Brooklyn pedestrian in wheelchair killed by motorist may have been panhandling in street

A man killed in his wheelchair while crossing a Brooklyn street may have been begging for money in the middle of the road when he was struck by a passing motorist who was driving without a license, according to cops and witnesses.
