Israel deployed its ship-mounted C-Dome defense system for the first time against a suspicious aerial target near Eilat. The C-Dome, a naval version of the Iron Dome, intercepted the target, with no reported injuries or damage. The incident follows previous missile threats in February from Yemen's Houthi rebels. The C-Dome, mounted on Sa'ar 6-class corvettes, uses the same interceptor as the Iron Dome and is part of Israel's defense against rocket attacks.
