Call to revisit stalled Newtown Part 8 to combat increasing traffic congestion

Cllr Shay Cullen has called for Wicklow Municipal District to revisit a stalled Part 8 Newtownmountkennedy Town Centre Refurbishment Project which was first announced in March of 2022.
