Canandaigua man facing multiple charges in fatal crash on Route 332

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Canandaigua man is facing multiple charges after the crash on Route 332 and Airport Road Tuesday that left one woman dead and two children injured.
Deputies say just after 3 p.m. they set up along Route 332 for speed enforcement detail when almost immediately they saw a Ford Fusion and a Mercedes traveling at about 80 mph in a 40 mph zone.
The deputy began pulling the cars over, and ended up seeing the Ford hit the back of a tractor-trailer that was turning onto Airport Road.
Deputies say the Mercedes then hit the back of the Ford, and the Ford hit a Nissan Pathfinder that was stopped at a red light.
