Cardinal O'Malley: Effort to clearly define safeguarding body has been 'slow'

VATICAN CITY (CNS) -- The Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors has been trying to define more clearly its relationship with the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, but those efforts have been 'slow,' said its president, Cardinal Seán P. O'Malley of Boston.
