CIBC FirstCaribbean celebrates their 100th year anniversary with a Christmas Art Competition for children between the ages of four to eighteen years old. Primary and secondary school students who are residents in the 16 member Caribbean corporate circle, will have the opportunity to showcase their talent in the Yuletide season. Under the logo “
Create Colour and Win with CIBCFirstCaribbean” the financial organization announced that qualified competitors who reside in the Caribbean from both primary and secondary age groups, are able to submit their entries on or before January 15, 2021.
CIBC FirstCaribbean has cleverly used artistic expression as a vent for youngsters who have faced the challenges of 2020. Deborah King, Director of Corporate Communications at CIBC FirstCaribbean stated that “this year has been an extraordinary one for our region’s youth as they have been forced to navigate a whole new approach to learning and living as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.” She agrees that this competition would be an outlet to express their artistic talent.
