Clay County man plans to take civil action against Baker County Sheriff's Department

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — A Clay County man says he's ready to sue the Baker County Sheriff's Office over a Facebook post the sheriff's department posted claiming he was "exploiting and manipulating children." 
Kevin Conner says that the post wrongly implied he acted inappropriately.
It all started last Wednesday during a Duval County Public Schools meeting about renaming some schools in the district and community activist Kevin Conner, speaking at this event and later being added to an Instagram group.
