This was evident on Giving Tuesday, Dec. 1, as the university community shattered expectations and exceeded the $175,000 fundraising goal by nearly $100,000.
"I am continually inspired by the generosity of our community. Our alumni and supporters are dedicated to lifting up our students and helping them pursue their passions and academic goals," CMU President Bob Davies said. "Through their philanthropic support, they have truly demonstrated their compassion and Fired-Up attitude. We know CMU Chippewas will always come together to support our students â that is what we do."
