ST. PETERSBURG — A woman and two dogs were rescued Saturday from a 32-foot sailboat taking on water in rough conditions near Shell Key, according to the Coast Guard.
The agency released a video of the rescue that shows the sailboat rocking in rough waters as a Coast Guard response boat sent from St. Petersburg approaches.
