Cold wave persists, winter fog abates slightly in Delhi; more relief by Jan-end

As Delhi continues to reel under cold wave conditions, the temperature was recorded at 8.4 degrees Celsius on Thursday morning. Meanwhile, the temperature in the city is likely to gradually rise to 17-18 degrees Celsius over the next three days, said the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
