Colorado TABOR refunds won't be taxed in 2023 by the IRS, agency says

U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet and Colorado Gov. Jared Polis confirmed that the IRS has told them the state's TABOR refunds issued in 2023 won't be taxed this year.
