Common rapid antigen tests detect Delta and Omicron SARS-CoV-2 strains effectively

A recent study by US researchers shows how the performance of rapid antigen tests to diagnose severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is not inferior among individuals infected with the Omicron variant compared to the Delta variant.
